The MCESA Business Services staff are responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all financial documents and records of the organization. Prior to the annual adoption of the MCESA budget in March, a series of workshops and presentations are held for local district representatives and the community. County Wide Information
MCESA has access to data from local schools in the areas of pupil enrollment, headcount, financial accounting, and staffing levels. A composite review of this information is available annually through the publication of the Michigan School Report, produced by the Michigan Department of Education.
